Mediation application

Mediation is a way for separating spouses to settle property, support, child custody and child access issues together, without going to court.

The Family Mediation Centre is a group of mediators contracted by the Ministry of The Attorney General to provide services to help people in the Family Court resolve their differences and design their own solutions to their problems.

If you are separating, the detailed information included on this site can help you decide if you would like to try mediation. If you choose to consider mediation, it is recommended that you discuss it with your lawyer, and visit the Family Law Information Centre (FLIC) at the Family Court Branch, Main Floor, 80 Dundas Street, London, Ontario, Canada (phone 519-660-3001).

Associated with the Superior Court of Justice Family Court Branch
Funding by the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General (sliding fee scale applied).
